Booking and Payments

• No hidden fees! The 21% state tax for short-term tourist rentals, tourist tax, cleaning and laundry fees, are already factored into our prices.

• Avoid the 15% guest commission + 5% host commission charged by platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com. We offer direct booking discounts and focus on guest experience, not platform profits.

• A security deposit of €400 is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is secured once the deposit is received. We’ll send you a personal confirmation email with everything you need for your arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 3 business days after departure.

• Please note: rates are based on 2 guests. A fee of €15 per night applies for each additional adult (13+ years old).

Cancellations & Flexibility

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made 30 days before arrival receive a full refund.

Enjoying the Apartment

• Enjoy stress-free arrival and departure with flexible check-in and check-out times (upon agreement). We also maintain a buffer night between bookings for thorough cleaning and apartment preparation.

• We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including fresh towels, linens, pillows, and the essentials for the first few days of vacation. Arrive and unwind immediately!

• We take great pride in our home. If anything breaks or malfunctions during your stay, just let us know, we’re here to help!

• Our apartment is a Pet-free and Smoke-free zone. To keep the apartment fresh and comfortable for all our guests (including those with allergies), smoking is not permitted inside, and we are unable to host pets.

• Our goal is to provide a 5 ★ experience. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more perfect, please don’t hesitate to ask.

• Rest easy knowing you are booking a certified property. Our National Identification Code (CIN) is IT091085C2000S1057.

How we protect your information

At Caletta Bay View, we value your privacy as much as your comfort. We only collect the information necessary to process your booking and satisfy local Italian hospitality laws (such as guest registration).

We use your email to send you booking details and check-in instructions. We will never sell your data to third parties or flood your inbox with marketing.

If you ever want us to delete your contact information after your stay, simply send us an email.
