Send a copy of your IDs: At least 24 hours before your arrival, please send a copy of the IDs of all guests to registration@calettabayview.com. This is required for registration by Italian law.

Key handover on site: Go directly to the apartment at Via Angioi 08029, La Caletta di Siniscola (NU). We will personally welcome you and hand you the keys.
To ensure a comfortable stay, please notify us promptly of any problems with appliances, cleaning of the premises, or any missing items.

To keep our towels and linens looking their best, please be mindful of sand, sunscreen, and other products that could permanently damage those.
Please note that Italian apartments have a 3kW power limit. Using multiple high-power appliances (A/C, oven, dishwasher, laundry machine, hair dryer) simultaneously could cause a power outage. In case of an outage, someone needs to come onsite to reset the breaker.
Please respect neighboring private property. Access to the back of the house and the garden below is prohibited.
The apartment is not currently equipped for young children. At the moment we can't provide items such as cribs, safety gates, or outlet covers. Additionally, the furniture is not anchored to the walls, and we do not allow the installation of safety devices that may damage the furniture, walls, or fixtures such us safety cabinet latches or window guards.
Let's work together to conserve energy! Please be mindful of excessive energy consumption, such as running the air conditioning continuously or overusing appliances like the dishwasher and washing machine. Thank you for your support.

Check-out: We kindly ask that you vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM on your departure day.
Refrigerator and freezer: please completely empty the refrigerator and freezer.
Bed linen: please kindly remove the sheets from the bed and place them, along with the towels, inside the laundry basket next to the washing machine. Please leave the mattress and pillow protectors on.
If the towels are wet, please hang them on the drying rack inside the apartment.Dishwasher: load the dishwasher with appropriate dishes and start the washing cycle.
Garbage: Please sort your waste and dispose of it in the appropriate bins outside the apartment.
Plastic: in a plastic bag, there is no bin.
Paper and cardboard: flatten and place directly in the blue bin, without bag.
Glass, aluminium, and containers: rinse and place directly in the green bin, without bag.
Organic: in a biodegradable bag, inside the brown bin.
All other waste: in a bag, inside the gray bin.Make sure all windows and blinds are closed.
Turn off all lights, TV, and air conditioning.
Key handover: please leave the keys inside the apartment on the kitchen table.
Security deposit: Your security deposit will be refunded within 3 business days after your departure, subject to a property inspection. Any damage to the apartment, furnishings, or provided items such as linens and towels will result in a deduction from the deposit to cover the cost of repairs or replacements.

Pets are strictly prohibited at all times during your stay in the apartment.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment in any form (including tobacco, electronic cigarettes, and vaporizers). Violation will result in immediate eviction, loss of rent, and security deposit for odor removal.
It is strictly forbidden to burn anything inside or outside the apartment, including candles, incense, and mosquito coils. Violation will result in a €150 penalty, in addition to any damages caused.
To repel mosquitoes and flies, please use the provided electric mosquito lamp.The use or storage of gasoline, cleaning solvents, or other flammable materials inside the apartment is prohibited.
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction, loss of rent, and additional costs for cleaning and damages caused.
Disturbing neighbors is prohibited at any time of day. Guests must also observe nighttime quiet hours from midnight to 7:00 AM and during the afternoon break from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
The use of musical instruments, televisions, stereos, radios, etc., at a volume that disturbs other residents is prohibited.
The activities and behavior of guests, outside the apartment in common areas, parking lots, or any recreational facilities, must always be reasonable and not disturbother residents.
Guests are responsible for any damage and/or theft to the apartment, property, or premises caused by themselves, their visitors, or other persons present in the apartment during their stay. This includes damage to rooms, furnishings, furniture, and equipment (such as towels, furniture, electronic devices, and kitchen utensils). We reserve the right to charge guests 120% of such amounts that we deem, at our sole discretion, necessary to cover the costs or expenses incurred as a result of damage and/or theft.
The apartment and all common areas cannot be used for illegal or illicit purposes.
Drilling holes in walls or fixtures with nails, screws, or other objects is prohibited.
Guests are prohibited from making any modifications or improvements to the apartment.
It is prohibited to move or modify the provided furniture.
Please close the windows and lock the front door when you are away.
Please turn off all lights and appliances not in use when you are away.
Please observe the washing machine usage hours :
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Compliance with waste management rules is the responsibility of the guest. Please dispose the garbage regularly and avoid its accumulation. For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dry waste and compost bins under the sink, and bins for recycling (paper, plastic, aluminum, glass).
Waste must be differentiated and deposited in the containers outside the apartment before departure.
In the case of extended stays, the guest must place the appropriate containers curbside according to the municipality's differentiated waste collection calendar, after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM. They must also retrieve the appropriate containers once they have been emptied.
The guest is responsible for cleaning the apartment during their stay. It is necessary to keep the apartment clean, hygienic, and free of unpleasant odors. It is recommended to open the windows and activate the kitchen hood during cooking to promote ventilation.
To clean the floor, please use the provided vacuum cleaner.
Parking is only permitted in the designated parking space for the apartment. Street parking is free.
